About The Position
Holland Farms Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring a Full-Time Medication Aide for their overnight shift. This role involves making a difference in residents' lives by ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, while working with a supportive team. Agemark is certified as a Great Place to Work.
Requirements
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
- Genuinely enjoy helping older adults and take pride in providing great care.
- Bring a great attitude and are ready to jump in where needed.
- Communicate well and enjoy working alongside others.
- Can use basic computer systems for medication tracking and documentation.
- Available for the overnight shift, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
- Keep medication administration records complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Watch for changes or concerns and promptly communicate them to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with daily needs while encouraging independence, dignity, and comfort.
- Build genuine relationships with residents and help make Holland Farms feel like home.
- Work alongside your team to provide personalized, compassionate care every shift.
