Medication Aide – Full-Time Symphony Pointe | Elkhorn, NE Full-Time | Evenings & Every Other Weekend Love helping seniors and having fun while you work? Come join a great team! Requirements
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality care
- Availability to work evenings, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records
- Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity
- Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment for our residents
