Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to commute and work in our Tampa office location.
  • Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Clean work history and ability to pass a background check.
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Task and goal oriented mindset.
  • Ability to meet or exceed established sales and performance standards.
  • Ability to pass annual certifications such as AHIP or FFM.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products after training.
  • Possess ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Ability to Commute: Lehi, UT (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inbound and outbound phone sales preferred.
  • 1 yr+ of Medicare or ACA sales preferred.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help in the education, comparison, plan selection and enrollment process of our clients and their families.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and performance standards.
  • Pass annual certifications such as AHIP or FFM.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products after training.
  • Complete difficult assignments without supervision.
  • Develop new client relationships and service existing clients.
