This is an engaging hybrid role that combines cross-selling and retention. As the only client-facing team to cross-sell products across SelectQuote's Senior, Life, and Auto & Home divisions, agents make outbound phone calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders. The primary goals are to ensure customer satisfaction and guide members through the utilization of their plan benefits. During peak times, agents are also responsible for enrolling clients in Medicare insurance products and facilitating the sale of Medicare plans. The role offers a high earning potential, with a base pay plus commissions. First-year agents average an annual income of $50k, with additional earning potential during the busy season. After the first year, the average total income is $65k, and top agents can earn close to $100k annually with unlimited commission potential. Agents are also eligible for various performance-based bonuses during training, in addition to their base pay.
