About The Position

The Mair Agency is seeking driven, personable, and motivated individuals to join their team as Field Health Insurance Agents. This role focuses on Medicare products, involving face-to-face client meetings to help them make informed healthcare coverage decisions. The position is a 1099, in-the-field sales role. The agency is open to hiring candidates committed to obtaining their health insurance license quickly if they are not already licensed. The Mair Agency is an Authorized BlueCross and BlueShield of North Carolina agency and has been recognized as BlueCross’s #1 Medicare agency for many consecutive years.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professionals
• Strong communicators who enjoy meeting people face-to-face
• Dependable individuals with a high level of integrity
• Willingness to obtain health insurance license quickly (if not already licensed)

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is a plus
• Active Health Insurance License preferred
