Requirements
- Valid 6-hour in-person Med Tech certification
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under supervision
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to resident care
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
