Terrestris is seeking a Medical Support Program Manager to oversee the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) Medical Support Assistant Services at the Mark O. As the Medical Support Program Manager, you will manage the administrative and patient support operations that help clinical care and research activities run efficiently. You will supervise medical support staff, coordinate patient scheduling and records processes, ensure compliance with NIH policies, and improve workflow and customer service for patients, providers, and research teams. This role helps ensure the clinical center operates smoothly while supporting high-quality patient care and medical research. Normal working hours for this position will be from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. This position is contingent upon award of contract.
