At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide. You'll help Veterans access timely healthcare by coordinating appointments, supporting patient communications, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and helping clinical teams manage patient workflows. Working alongside providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, you'll manage scheduling activities, assist with referrals, respond to patient inquiries, and help ensure efficient clinic operations while delivering professional customer service to Veterans and their families.
