Requirements

  • Experienced with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and able to multitask in a busy medical office
  • A proactive problem-solver who works well independently and as part of a team
  • Committed to providing outstanding patient care with a positive, patient-first attitude

Responsibilities

  • Answering patient phone calls and responding to messages with professionalism and compassion
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating physician calendars
  • Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Assisting with prescription requests, referrals, forms, and other patient needs
  • Supporting physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Performing general administrative duties while delivering exceptional customer service.
