About The Position
Tri-State Orthopaedics, a well-respected and busy orthopaedic practice, is recruiting for a full-time Medical Records/EMR Specialist to work in their North Hills Office. This role will assist with quality assurance and reconciliation of electronic chart documentation.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology
- Knowledgeable in proofreading
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Orthopaedic experience
- Electronic Medical Record experience
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing chart documentation
- Processing medical record releases
- Ensuring continuity of care by accurately transmitting consultation notes, test results and treatment plans from our specialist office to other providers.
