About The Position
Tri-State Orthopaedics is recruiting for a full-time Medical Records/EMR Specialist to work in their North Hills Office. This role will assist with quality assurance and reconciliation of electronic chart documentation. The company emphasizes a "community" work environment.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing chart documentation
- Processing medical record releases
- Ensuring continuity of care by accurately transmitting consultation notes, test results and treatment plans from our specialist office to other providers.
