Responsible for initiating, maintaining, delivering, and retrieving all patient medical records. This role involves accurate and thorough maintenance of the medical record, utilizing effective oral and written professional communication skills with all customers, including hospital staff, patients, and physicians. The position also requires answering the telephone, operating a fax machine, and using other office equipment, providing general clerical and reception support to the Health Information Management department. Maintenance of various databases (CRIS, SMS, IMA) is also a key part of the role.
