Requirements

High School Graduate or Equivalent, required.
Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
Ability to alphabetize and differentiate between different number patterns
Experience in a health-related field working in data entry or with electronic health records

Nice To Haves

Prior office experience, preferred.
Knowledge of Word and Excel, preferred.

Responsibilities

Retrieve records for request or chart reviews.
Fax or mail records.
Key appropriate data into the computer system.
Answers phones and assist walk in customers.
