The Medical Records Clerk assembles, organized and manages patients' health information and charts. You will perform basic administrative, operational, customer support, and data-entry tasks, primarily working on routine, structured assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator. This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
