About The Position
Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Medical Records Analyst to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Health Information Analyst is responsible for carrying out the activities of the Health Information Services Department in the maintenance of all patient medical records information, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and within TJC standards for the quality of patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in information management and direct experience in a health care psychiatric facility preferred.
- Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out the activities of the Health Information Services Department in the maintenance of all patient medical records information, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and within TJC standards for the quality of patient care.
