About The Position

Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for its clinics in Orland Park and Oak Lawn, Illinois. The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, welcoming them to the orthopedic office and helping them feel at ease. The role includes checking patients in, verifying and updating medical records and insurance information, scheduling future visits, and printing clinic paperwork. The position requires strong customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, people-driven environment. The typical schedule is five days per week, with availability during clinic hours. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with EHR and PM programs.
Basic computer skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
