Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Office Maintenance: Keep reception area, common areas (kitchen, conference rooms), and supplies stocked and tidy. Monitor front desk access and follow safety procedures. Support: Assist other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.
