About The Position

To provide a warm, professional first impression, manage the front desk, and offer administrative support, ensuring smooth daily office operations and excellent customer service for clients and staff. Administrative Support: Schedule appointments/meetings, manage calendars, file, photocopy, data entry, and prepare documents. Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Office Maintenance: Keep reception area, common areas (kitchen, conference rooms), and supplies stocked and tidy. Monitor front desk access and follow safety procedures. Support: Assist other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior relatable experience.
