About The Position

We are seeking a bilingual Medical Receptionist who is fluent in English and either Farsi or Arabic to support a busy front desk in a high-volume outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for someone customer-focused, reliable, and enthusiastic about working flexible hours, including overtime when needed. This is a front-facing, fast-paced position where professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and either Farsi or Arabic
  • Strong customer service or customer support experience
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for overtime and flexible scheduling
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • No prior healthcare experience required
  • Candidates without previous healthcare experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, call centers, or office reception

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments in person and via phone with patients and external offices
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and assist with scheduling requests
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations
  • Process referrals and support billing follow-up tasks
  • Collaborate closely with front desk teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
