About The Position

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinics and a vital part of our patient care team! As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience—from greeting patients with a smile to ensuring their information is accurate and up to date in our electronic health records system. You’ll assist with scheduling, answering questions, coordinating referrals, and supporting daily clinic operations. No two days are the same, and your work truly makes a difference!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to travel between clinic locations as needed
• Medical office experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients with a smile
• Ensuring patient information is accurate and up to date in the electronic health records system
• Assisting with scheduling
• Answering patient questions
• Coordinating referrals
• Supporting daily clinic operations
