About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk / Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our office. This is a great entry‑level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. If you’re bilingual in Farsi or Arabic and passionate about customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Bilingual in Farsi or Arabic
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients throughout the day
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with appointment scheduling or reception
  • Insurance verification or referral processing experience
  • Prior healthcare or medical office experience

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Scheduling appointments in person and over the phone
  • Communicating with patients and outside offices regarding appointments and referrals
  • Verifying insurance and authorizations
  • Processing referrals and assisting with billing follow‑ups
  • Answering incoming calls in a high‑volume setting
