About The Position

Stillwater Medical Group is hiring a Medical Receptionist for its Primary Care Frontline team. The role is primarily responsible for rapidly and accurately answering and responding to incoming telephone calls from patients and employer groups. The employee is expected to meet department-specific agent performance expectations and follow established departmental guidelines and processes.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday on the day shift, with occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Accurate computer and keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure patient safety.
• Proficiency operating telephones and headsets, PCs, printers, photocopiers, and fax machines.
