About The Position

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records. Specialty: Primary Care. Location: 925 N State St #250, Westerville, OH 43082. Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients
• Register patients
• Gather insurance, check demographics
• Soft collections
• Answering incoming calls
• EPIC
