About The Position

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records. This role is in an OBGYN specialty practice located at 3600 Stelzer Rd, Ste 220, Columbus Ohio 43219. The office hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients
• Register patients
• Gather insurance, check demographics
• Soft collections
• Answering incoming calls
• EPIC
