About The Position

Compass Oncology, a leading cancer care provider in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist with a generalist background to join their esteemed team. The organization operates four state-of-the-art cancer centers in the Portland-Vancouver metro area, offering a comprehensive range of services including Medical Oncology & Hematology, Radiation Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Breast Surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery, and Palliative Care. They also provide integrated support services such as social work, physical therapy, genetic counseling, high-risk breast care, and nutrition counseling. Compass Oncology is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs and aims to be the premier destination for cancer care in the region. In collaboration with the Sarah Cannon Research Institute, they provide extensive access to clinical trials and advanced therapies.

Requirements

• BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist
• Generalist background
• Ability to handle and lift patients
• Manual and finger dexterity
• Eye-hand coordination
• Standing and walking for extensive periods of time
• Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Corrected vision and hearing to normal range

Responsibilities
