About The Position

Main Line HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Oncologist to join our expanding Main Line Health Cancer Service Line at Lankenau Medical Center, a flagship campus within one of the region’s most respected health systems. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice state-of-the-art oncology care within a collaborative, patient-centered, and academically engaged environment. The Main Line Health Cancer Program is nationally accredited and rapidly growing, recognized for delivering patient-centered care that is timely, accessible, and high quality. Our integrated care model emphasizes strong community referral relationships and offers comprehensive, co-located services across five hospitals and six health centers. Program Highlights include nationally accredited programs with approximately 4,000 analytic cases annually, a multidisciplinary approach with site-specific tumor boards, and wraparound services including genetics, cancer research, nurse navigation, social work, palliative care, nutrition, survivorship, and integrated therapies.

Requirements

MD or DO with an unrestricted license (or eligibility) to practice in Pennsylvania.
Board Certification in Medical Oncology.
Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered, team-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Additional certification in Hematology and/or Internal Medicine is welcomed.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of oncologic diagnoses.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based cancer care.
Participate in tumor boards, clinical research, and teaching activities.
Engage in continuous quality improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of the cancer program.
