About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Office Manager Floater/Corporate Trainer for our Texas offices. This role is responsible for onboarding and training new hires, existing staff, and employees from acquired locations, as well as developing training materials and conducting Practice Site Administrator (PSA) audits. The position supports mergers and acquisitions, implements new technology, and assists with day-to-day operations as needed. Frequent travel to company locations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Training all new hires on network login, Next Gen, ICS, HIPAA, and Customer Service.
  • Reviewing and creating training manuals.
  • Following up with new hires and PSAs to ensure completion of new hire checklists, providing additional one-on-one training if necessary.
  • Providing one-on-one onsite training for existing employees as arranged by Regional or HR departments.
  • Training employees acquired through mergers/acquisitions, including onsite training at new office locations and assisting with setting up training schedules.
  • Training new Practice Site Administrators on policy and procedures and day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Performing PSA Audits and reporting findings to the appropriate Regional and/or Director of Operations.
  • Working with Regionals to create training plans.
  • Implementing new software/technology, including reviewing timelines and creating implementation schedules.
  • Collaborating with various departments such as IT, EMR, Operations, and Compliance.
  • Temporarily filling in for PSAs during vacations or FMLA leave.
  • Stepping in to run day-to-day operations of a location during a vacancy.
  • Assisting Regional managers during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Traveling to all company locations.
