About The Position

Accurate Personnel is seeking a motivated and self-starting Corporate Trainer to join their Learning and Development team. This role will be based on-site at their Corporate Center for Learning and Development in Wood Dale, IL. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within the staffing industry, preferably in a supervisory or training capacity.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of presenting training material both in person and virtually.
  • Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, virtually, via email, chat, and text with a wide range of professionals.
  • Ability to formulate training programs using various mediums, including slides, work aids, video, and LMS tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities that frequently change.
  • Ability to deliver aesthetically superior work, sometimes under tight deadlines.
  • Change management experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.

  • Training or organizational development experience in compliance, HR, or other related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the learning and development team to improve employee productivity by developing, coordinating, and presenting training programs company-wide.
  • Serve as an instructor for instructor-led training, focusing on new hire courses (75%) and career development courses (25%).
  • Identify, administer, and present assessment tools to determine skill gaps and assess staff developmental needs.
  • Drive training initiatives and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop new training courses.
  • Observe branch or corporate operations semi-annually to ensure training programs align with operational practices and modify training as needed.
  • Address follow-up questions during and after training sessions.
  • Conduct follow-up studies of completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Exemplify the organization's culture and philosophies by designing and implementing effective methods for education, performance enhancement, and success recognition.
  • Maintain commitments and foster a positive team spirit.
  • Inspire trust in others.
  • Provide and receive feedback.
