Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Schedules appointments with attention to insurance.
  • Greets patients while collecting necessary information.
  • Processes referrals while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Handles payments.
  • Verifies insurance coverage.
  • Coordinates referrals.
  • Reconciles daily appointments and payments.
  • Manages communications by answering calls, relaying messages.
  • Uses EMR systems to coordinate with providers and staff.
  • Updates patients.
  • Schedules tests and appointments.
  • Maintains medical records.
  • Resolves patient issues.
  • Supports administrative tasks.
  • Follows safety protocols.
  • Additional duties as needed.
