About The Position

Facilitate patient and guest experiences at Mercy by providing personal, professional, and compassionate service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, compassionate, and passionate about helping others navigate the healthcare system. They build relationships, coordinate multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and community partners. Successful Medical Navigators are proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience through every interaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service position.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 50 words per minute.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• BLS certification is preferred.
