Medical Laboratory Technician - Urgent Care
About The Position
The Medical Laboratory Technician provides quality clinical information by accurately performing laboratory tests and procedures. Work may range from waived point-of-care testing to moderately complex testing in hematology and chemistry. The role includes diverse pre-analytical and post-analytical functions, information processing, and advanced troubleshooting. The MLT calibrates equipment using approved testing procedures and monitors quality control measurements and protocols. Requirements
- Upon hire, hold a California Medical Laboratory Technician License or a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License.
- Two years of general laboratory and specialty experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science.
