Vitalant is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist I or Medical Lab Generalist dedicated to making a positive difference. You will manage reagents, supplies, and inventory, input patient data, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Medical Lab Generalist: Must have a Bachelor's degree that meets CLIA requirements (medical sciences, chemistry or biology).
• Medical Lab Scientist: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Science OR have a Bachelor's degree with ASCP Medical Lab Scientist or Blood Bank certification.
• No experience required.
• New Grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Manage Special Red Cell inventory and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and identify malfunctions.
• Conduct preparation and prequalification of reagents.
• Manage reagents, supplies, and inventory.
• Input patient data.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
