About The Position
Medical Technologist provides information for diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory testing. This is a Hematology supervisor position. Fitzgibbon Hospital is a non-profit community hospital vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Medical Lab Technologist to join our Laboratory team. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Medical Technology
- Certification/Licensure: MT (ASCP), CLS (ASCP) or equivalent
- Knowledge and skills in General Chemistry
- Knowledge and skills in Hematology
- Knowledge and skills in Bacteriology
- Knowledge and skills in Clinical Microscopy
- Knowledge and skills in Immunology
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing for diagnosis and treatment.
- Hematology supervisor duties.
