About The Position

Centerpoint Health—Paris, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to perform common laboratory testing procedures and accurately report results. The technician conducts instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, performs quality control testing to support accuracy and compliance, and maintains the supplies and equipment needed for testing. The role also participates in performance improvement and continuing education, maintains regular and reliable attendance, and performs other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position scheduled Sunday through Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with every third Saturday rotated. The MLT joins a team focused on safe, compassionate care and supporting healthier communities.

Requirements

Current associate’s degree in laboratory science.

Nice To Haves

MLT certification through ASCP or AMT.

Responsibilities

Perform common testing procedures and accurately report test results.
