Interprets for the medical center and serves as a resource for patients and the community for Hispanic advocacy. The role supports clinical staff in resolving patient issues and requires strong communication, critical thinking, and customer relations skills.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Strong customer relations skills.
- Certificate of Training for Medical Interpreting required.
Nice To Haves
- National Certificate through CCHI or NBCMI preferred.
