About The Position
Rehab Medical is seeking an Insurance Collector to coordinate and process patient and insurance billing. The role focuses on submitting claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies, correcting claims through insurance portals, researching billing policies to resolve denials, and following up with insurers about claim status. The Insurance Collector is expected to meet daily and monthly performance metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
