About The Position

As a key member of the Medical Education - Inventory team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. As a Medical Education Inventory Specialist, you'll coordinate the movement of medical devices, instrument sets, and training materials that support surgeon labs, professional education programs, customer events, and commercial initiatives. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will help ensure exceptional learning experiences and support the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, and sterilizing medical devices, surgical instruments, or other regulated healthcare products in accordance with established quality and regulatory standards.
  • Experience supporting field inventory, training inventory, consignment inventory, or medical education programs.
  • Experience managing inventory within an ERP or inventory management system (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles, including cycle counting, inventory control, replenishment planning, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Experience handling medical devices, surgical instruments, orthopedic products, or other regulated healthcare products.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and inventory tracking/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Package, prepare, and ship medical devices, instrument sets, and related materials for internal and external training programs, workshops, surgeon labs, sales meetings, and customer events.
  • Manage inventory receipt, including receiving products and inputting inventory data into the ERP System
  • Manage and organize all marketing inventory-related documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to fulfill requests entered in SmartSheets workshops, etc.
  • Complete regular restock orders for Medical Education inventory
  • Maintain organization of all equipment
  • Clean and disinfect returned workshop inventory per company procedures
  • Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities
  • Manage marketing inventory activity in the inventory ERP system
  • Package/ship marketing equipment for internal and external scheduled training events, seminars,
