About The Position

Monroeville Pet Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead their AAHA-accredited small animal practice. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the hospital, partner with the Practice Manager, and maintain trusted client relationships. The ideal candidate will be looking for a leadership position with significant impact and the chance to build what comes next.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
  • Experience in small animal general practice and surgery.
  • Willingness to step into a leadership role.
  • Ability to shape the future of a hospital.

  • Ability to make medical decisions.
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain).

  • Experience with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, in-house diagnostics, laser therapy, and dental suites.
