About The Position

Desert Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Medical Director to join their team. This AAHA accredited hospital has been serving the Yuma community for over 30 years and offers a diverse caseload with advanced technology including a CT machine, ultrasound, and a full dental suite. The clinic emphasizes strong client relationships built on trust, compassion, stability, and communication, and boasts an excellent team of well-trained nurses and doctors. The clinic is a general practice with capabilities in surgery, exotics, and orthopedics, handling an average of 18-20 patients daily with a 3:1 support staff ratio. They utilize digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, a dental suite, surgical laser, and a CT machine. The team culture is collaborative and teaching-focused.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities
