About The Position
The Ark Animal Clinic is seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian to lead their established veterinary hospital in the Las Vegas Valley. This is an opportunity to shape the culture, mentor a brand-new team, and design the medical standards of a revitalized hospital while partnering with a growing veterinary organization that values collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, team leadership, and creating an exceptional client and patient experience. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, financial management, and veterinary regulations.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.
