About The Position

The Ark Animal Clinic is seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian to lead their established veterinary hospital in the Las Vegas Valley. This is an opportunity to shape the culture, mentor a new team, and design the medical standards of a revitalized hospital while partnering with a growing veterinary organization that values collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, financial management, and veterinary regulations.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.
