About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring a Medical Device Assembler in Temecula, CA 92591. As a Medical Device Assembler you will: Assemble medical devices and precision components according to work instructions and quality standards. Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on components and finished assemblies. Operate computerized testing equipment to verify product functionality and performance. Troubleshoot, repair, and rework devices and components as needed. Package completed products and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete. Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and quality processes. Maintain accurate production records and job documentation. Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives within the manufacturing cell.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device manufacturing, cleanroom assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly.
Experience performing small-part assembly and working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
High School Diploma or GED required.
