About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a part-time Medical Courier in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. The position works Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, for 21 hours per week. The courier follows a scheduled route to transport medical specimens and lab materials, helping ensure diagnostic services reach patients accurately and on time. The role operates independently and uses a company-provided non-CDL vehicle, handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps. External applicants may be eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Provide documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions in the previous 36 months and none in the most recent 12 months.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road.
• Comfort using mobile devices or scanning tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be on the move for much of the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials on a scheduled route.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff to support timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided non-CDL vehicle.
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Handle, label, store, and document specimens properly.
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
