About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a part-time Medical Courier in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, for a scheduled route. The role is 21 hours per week: Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The courier picks up, transports, and delivers medical specimens and laboratory materials, helping ensure diagnostic services reach patients accurately and on time. The position involves independent work, professional communication with healthcare and laboratory staff, safe operation of a company-provided non-CDL vehicle, and use of handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps. Specimens must be handled, labeled, stored, and documented properly, in compliance with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards. External applicants may be eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The pay range is $18.00–$19.50 per hour; candidates may also be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Requirements

Have a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
Provide documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions in the previous 36 months and none in the most recent 12 months.
Have strong customer service and communication skills.
Have strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills.
Be able to work independently and problem-solve on the road.
Be comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools.
Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on the move for much of the shift.

Nice To Haves

Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
