About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a part-time Medical Courier in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role works Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM and follows a scheduled route, transporting medical specimens and laboratory materials safely and on time. The courier communicates with healthcare and laboratory staff, handles and documents specimens appropriately, and uses a company-provided non-CDL vehicle and mobile delivery tools. The position supports patient care and diagnostic services through reliable, accurate deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Provide documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record showing no more than two moving violation convictions in the previous 36 months and none in the most recent 12 months.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems while on the road.
• Comfort using mobile devices or scanning tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on the move for much of the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and laboratory materials on a scheduled route.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided non-CDL vehicle.
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
