Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up habits and the ability to manage multiple leads and client relationships.
- Comfortable working toward individual and team sales targets.
- Professional appearance and a polished, service-oriented demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn booking, CRM, and payment systems.
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations focused on understanding aesthetic goals, concerns, and desired outcomes.
- Present appropriate treatment options, packages, memberships, and skincare products based on client needs and provider-approved recommendations.
- Convert consultations into treatment bookings, packages, and membership enrollments.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales, conversion, retention, and revenue goals.
- Follow up with prospective clients, unsold consultations, and existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to increase client lifetime value through treatment plans, package upgrades, and complementary services when appropriate.
- Deliver a welcoming, elevated, luxury-level client experience from the initial inquiry through post-visit follow-up.
- Build long-term client relationships that encourage loyalty, referrals, and repeat visits.
- Educate clients on treatment options, pricing, financing options, memberships, and promotions.
- Handle client questions and objections professionally while maintaining trust and transparency.
- Support client retention initiatives, rebooking campaigns, and membership renewals.
- Manage leads and client communications through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activity, follow-up tasks, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with providers and front desk staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Stay informed about the spa's services, product offerings, promotions, and treatment protocols.
- Follow all applicable privacy, advertising, scope-of-practice, and medical spa policies.
