About The Position

ARMStrong Insurance Services is a debt recovery and financial solutions company that operates Brown & Joseph, Paragon, NEIS, and SubroIQ. Brown & Joseph is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support its growing team. The role follows up with policyholders about outstanding invoices and balances, primarily by phone and occasionally by email. It also involves providing customer service by answering billing questions and resolving problems related to current or past billings.

Requirements

• Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Computer skills and ability to type 45 words per minute.
• Excellent English communication and telephone skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Telephone experience in collections or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Electronically review insurance policies and claims to identify balances due from policyholders.
• Make follow-up phone calls and send some emails regarding invoices and outstanding balances to secure payment.
• Resolve problems with previously billed invoices and support the internal recovery department.
• Answer questions and address problems concerning current or past billings.
