About The Position
To provide efficient investigation, evaluation and negotiation of Michigan No-Fault and/or Workers’ Compensation (WC) claims.
Requirements
- Minimum two to three years medical claims handling experience required.
- Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
- Designation in claims insurance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and control the disposition of all assigned Michigan No-Fault/Workers’ Disability Compensation claims.
- Work with computer systems keying functions, including but not limited to letter composition, log entry, diary entry, report of investigation composition, and draft production.
- Read and apply policy of Michigan No-Fault/WC acts as written.
