We are seeking a Medical Building Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in a medical facility. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, performing cleaning duties, managing staff, and upholding company policies and safety standards. Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
2 to 3 years related experience.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Demonstrated cleaning experience in all aspects of commercial cleaning.
Understanding of commercial cleaning methods, techniques, cleaning supplies and equipment.
Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to walk and stand; climb; stoop; kneel; balance; crouch or crawl; reach and grasp as well as push and pull objects.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 75lbs occasionally (with assistance).
Ability to visually determine the neatness and accuracy of thoroughness of the work assigned.
Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e., when exposed to cleaning products).
Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays (when needed).
Ability to travel 0-2% of the time.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct work assignments for the building to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform duties of a cleaner, including maintaining cleanliness of the facility and floor care.
Order janitorial supplies and tools/equipment for assigned accounts.
Work with crews to fulfill cleaning specifications at a maximum performance level.
Address and resolve customer requests.
Assist in the oversight, progressive training, and development of employees.
Oversee, coach, motivate, and train employees.
Focus on employee retention and engagement to meet company goals.
Assist with conducting and organizing employee training programs.
Ensure employees perform all cleaning functions and assist as needed.
Coach and discipline employees when appropriate, with guidance from Account Manager or HR.
Provide employees with proper supplies and equipment.
Work closely with HR to achieve optimal performance from employees regarding training, workers compensation, recruiting, disciplinary action, etc.
Effectively manage and contain blood, infectious materials, etc. after receiving training.
Promote a safe work environment for all customers, employees, and building occupants.
Follow and enforce KleenMark’s safety programs, safety rules, and monthly safety topics.
Assist HR in case of accidents on the job (documenting, photos, etc.).
Work with HR/Injured employee to properly document the accident.
Utilize safety handbook and new hire guidelines to train employees on safety subjects upon hire.
Follow KleenMark’s “Green” practices.
Provide an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Report to work on time and work overtime as required.
Wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift when working in medical facilities.
