About The Position

A rapidly growing home care organization is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to bring billing operations in-house. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing company and take on increasing responsibility as the organization expands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of medical billing experience
• Strong knowledge of claims, denials, reimbursement, and AR follow-up
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Home care billing experience strongly preferred
• Nursing home or similar healthcare billing experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Manage medical billing and claims processing
• Submit accurate and timely claims to payers
• Follow up on outstanding, denied, and rejected claims
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Manage AR and ensure timely reimbursement
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Help build and improve billing processes as the company grows
