About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to teach and train students preparing for careers in Medical Assisting. Teaching experience is not required; Lincoln Tech provides comprehensive training and support to help instructors transition into the educator role. Instructors receive the tools and resources needed to teach the established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum and support students’ professional development.

The position includes classroom instruction and hands-on skills training in a fully equipped medical lab. Instructors prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam offered by the American Medical Technologists (AMT), promote safety and compliance, and encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability. The role also involves communicating with students about their progress and creating a motivating, engaging learning environment that prepares students for careers in their chosen field.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or CMA (AAMA) certification preferred.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach Medical Assisting classes using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curricula.
• Provide hands-on Medical Assisting skills training in the medical lab.
